Who are your customers?
CNY Resource Recovery services customers of all sizes both in our facility and via container service and pick-up at your location. Drive-in customers are serviced at the back of the building at our certified scale.
How are transactions handled?
Valid photo id is required for all transactions, and checks are issued for amounts over $500. CNY employs state of the art security systems including video surveillance.
When are your business hours?
Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 to 12:00 noon.
How valuable are my recovered resources?
Prices change frequently. If you call for a price qoute it helps to know the type of material, the approximate amount and when you plan to bring it in. On arrival at CNY the better the material is sorted, separated and packaged for handling, the more valuable it is.
